Job Description:
Do you want to help define and build one of the core â??big betsâ? at Microsoft to â??Win the Webâ? and lead the definition of service advertising and monetization? Do you have experience designing and supporting architectural and business systems for enterprise-scale internet services that implement Microsoft technologies? The adCenter Business Operations team is looking for such and individual. adCenter BizOps is an adCenter knowledgeable team that reports into adCenter development but spends most of their time working with challenging customer implementations. This team has the opportunity to work very closely with the development team understanding the internals of the adCenter Service Product line, which then allows the candidate to utilize these skills to help customers with leading edge adCenter customer implementations. You will have the ability to greatly improve the overall quality and tools of the adCenter product. You will also be responsible for customer product feedback and requirements. You will work closely with the internal Microsoft adCenter field sales force creating a strong US and International adCenter virtual technology team.

The position includes responsibility for technical business relationships with adCenter customers in both customer on-boarding and architecture support roles. Responsibility includes working directly with the adCenter product team to give customer guidance on enterprise system architecture design and integration, coordination, management and delivery of enterprise-customer best-practice guidelines, and ultimately drive enterprise customer requirements into enterprise product tools and services. Enterprise customer support responsibility for overseeing ongoing customer design reviews and technical support, including, customer account requirements and setup, API access patterns based on account requirements, and performance benchmarks. Enterprise Customer On-boarding responsibilities include, working with teams on presales, prioritization, and TAP programs that drive customer adoption of the adCenter product. Candidates are expected to have strong technical SQL Server knowledge, web service API knowledge, experience working with customers, and demonstrate the ability to communicate well. We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years of RDBMS knowledge, 3+ years of experience with Web Services, .NET BCL, ASP.NET and .NET languages, and 3+ years of experience in the field working with customers. Experience with large-scale Internet advertising systems is preferred. This position will require 50-60% travel�
